Carbon Poker Reintroduces Live Chat, Rake Race Promo Raises to $50,000

With the summer ready to heat up, the Merge Network’s Carbon Poker and Aced are revealing some changes that should be welcomed by players on both sites — the reintroduction of a new chat feature, an increase of the Rake Race to $ 50k and a declaration that cashouts should improve during the summer.

Live Chat

The live chat at Carbon Poker and Aced has been down for some time, forcing players to contact support live email to get their issues resolved. A Carbon Poker rep has informed us that this feature has recently been readded and is now accessible by existing new players from the cashier and the sign-up screen for new players. Players can contact support via live chat for any matter, although during certain times poker agents will not be available. They will be instructed to contact support via email or try again later.

$ 50,000 Rake Race

Carbon Poker is mixing things up this June with a brand new Rake Race. Instead of an exclusive $ 10,000 prize pool, Carbon and Aced are increasing the prize pool and making the race available to all players. Full details will be posted on the Carbon Poker promotion page shortly. This promotion change is expected to be temporary.

Cashouts

If you have been following our monthly cashout report, you will have noticed that US cashouts have slowed of late, with an average cashout time of around 10 weeks. When PAS asked a Carbon Poker representative of where cashout times were headed over the next few months they stated that timeframes should be improving over the summer. It should be noted that while U.S. cashouts remain slower, non-US cashouts are being processed within 2 weeks.
