http://www.casinoaffiliateebook.com/2013/04/12/april-us-on-the-web-poker-payment-processing-report/There was little movement this month over last month in the online poker payment processing world. The online poker rooms that have fast payouts continue to separate themselves further from rooms that have historically struggled with payouts to US players.
Bodog/Bovada A+ (A)
BodogÂs US facing skin Bovada once again takes the top spot in our survey. The Bodog Poker Network is also the largest US facing online poker network. Players can expect a check delivered to their door in about one week with a limit of $ 3,000. A bank wire arrives in about a month with a $ 5,000 limit. Players may receive one cashout by either of these methods free each month, although bank wires may have fees charged my intermediary banks. Additional withdrawal requests by either of these methods will carry a $ 50 fee.
Players may also request a withdrawal by Western Union or MoneyGram. These cash transfers are processed often in just one day but in no more than three days. The fees are as follows:
Money Transfer/WU
 $ 100 – $ 200 Fee: $ 40
 $ 201 – $ 500 Fee: $ 50
 $ 501 – $ 1000 Fee: $ 80
 $ 1001 – $ 2000 Fee: $ 150Rapid Transfer/MG
 $ 100 – $ 200 Fee: $ 20
 $ 201 – $ 400 Fee: $ 30
 $ 401 – $ 600 Fee: $ 45
 $ 601 – $ 800 Fee: $ 60Winning Poker Network A (A-)
The Winning Poker Network skins of Americas Cardroom, Black Chip Poker and True Poker improved their already outstanding US cashout times. The Winning Poker Network is the only one with a debit card that players may use to cashout. The card costs $ 25 to request and arrives in 2-3 weeks. There is a $ 4.95 monthly maintenance fee and a fee of $ 3 for every ATM transaction that is in addition to fees charged by the machine. Once a player has it in their possession they will receive their request in 2-5 days. Players may request one debit card withdrawal each week up to $ 2,500 per transaction for a maximum of $ 10,000 each month.
Players may request a check for amounts up to $ 2,995. Players may receive one free check per month and additional checks carry a $ 65 fee. Checks arrive in 1-3 weeks. Players may also request a cash transfer. They are processed in 1-2 days and have the following fees:
 $ 100 – $ 299 Fee: $ 60
 $ 300 – $ 499 Fee: $ 70
 $ 500 – $ 749 Fee: $ 85
 $ 750 – $ 999 Fee: $ 95
 $ 1,000 – $ 1,500 Fee: $ 110Intertops A- (A)
The cashout times from the Revolution Gaming skin Intertops stayed the same from last month. The reason the grade slipped slightly is because of the improvement of other rooms and the lack of free withdrawal methods. Intertops is still a great choice for US players that already have an account there. Intertops no longer accepts new US players. Players may request a check for $ 50 that arrives in a week. Bank wires also have a $ 50 fee and arrive in 2-3 weeks. The fastest method for US players is cash transfer. Those arrive in about 2 days and have the following fees:
 $ 150-$ 500 Fee: $ 70
 $ 501-$ 1,000 Fee: $ 85
 $ 1,001-$ 2,000 Fee: $ 180Carbon Poker/Aced/Jazette C- (C)
The new cashier for major Merge Gaming skins has seen its withdrawal times slowly deteriorate. The average wait time for US players went up 1-2 weeks over the past month. Players are now waiting 8-10 weeks for checks. There is no fee for withdrawals. There are no other cashout methods available to Carbon Poker/Jazette players. One bright side is that if a player has a check and initiates another cashout it will be added to the pending withdrawal without affecting the first checkÂs cashout speed assuming the cumulative amount is $ 2,500 or less.
Lock Poker D (D)
Lock Poker started at a grade of B- when we first started tracking their cashout speeds in June 2012. The Revolution Gaming flagship slipped within a few months to D territory. US players are waiting 2-3 months for cash transfers and 3-4 months for checks. There are no fees for either. In a disturbing trend, players in the rest of the world continue to wait 6-8 weeks for cashouts to international ewallets.
Juicy Stakes D- (D-)
Juicy Stakes continues to struggle with US withdrawal speeds. Their US players are reporting 4-5 month wait times. The only cashout option is check but it is free. Like Lock Poker, rest of world players are waiting months to get paid to standard international ewallets.
All of these online poker rooms may be found at our sister site RakeTracker.
